Virtual Programming Hits its Stride

Virtual Programming now consists of a robust set of physical and mental challenges presented over social media, text message and email.  BTSC is committed to keeping a consistent level of programming for all its wrestlers, despite the challenges of remote learning and staying at home.

The current schedule includes:

  • Daily physical challenges sent out on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and via text message every morning
  • Daily enrichment exercises sent out each afternoon.  Enrichment could mean a puzzle, a link to an essay or poem, a math challenge or an inspirational video or podcast.  Sometimes we'll send out a link to a famous wrestling match with instructive technique. 
  • Saturday live workouts over Instagram.
  • Occasional:  Thursday chats with elite wrestlers like Zane Richards and Ellis Coleman.

We encourage all our wrestlers to keep moving and keeping thinking!
