ERIN GOLSTON LEADS GIRLS EMPOWERMENT CAMP

Our girls team enjoyed their end-of-summer Empowerment Camp under the co-leadership of Head Coach Haley Augello and special Guest Erin Golston.  Three-time US National Team Member Golston now trains at the Wisconsin RTC in Madison.  She is originally from nearby Lake in the Hills, IL. 

In addition to their daily training regimen of running, warm-ups, technique training and live wrestling, the girls enjoyed s'mores around the fire, a trip to great America and some exciting watch parties as they gathered to cheer on the US Women's Olympic Team.  It didn't take long for our girls to adopt the Olympic Team's heart and love hand signals!
