BTSC Purchases Facility

Beat the Streets Chicago today completed the purchase of a 10,000 s.f. building at 5985 S. Archer in the Garfield Ridge Neighborhood of Chicago.  The facility will become the new headquarters for the organization as well as a state-of-the-art wrestling facility complete with two wrestling rooms, a weight room and an enrichment room for tutoring and learning.

Weekday programs at the facility will augment the current neighborhood-based program which supports BTSC wrestling teams across the City.  On weekends, the site will host workshops, informals and events for wrestlers from all the neighborhoods programs.  BTSC also plans to host professional development events for coaches throughout the year. 

More information will be available in the coming months.  We expect the facility will be open early 2021.
