A Day to Remember: Susan Collins Memorial Showcases BTSC Wrestlers & First-Time Competitors

This past Sunday, January 26, we hosted the Susan Collins Memorial at Oak Park River Forest High School, marking the second of our two annual IKWF tournaments. With an incredible 269 BTSC wrestlers competing, it was a fantastic day filled with fierce competition, hard-fought victories, and a true display of sportsmanship. For many of our wrestlers, this was their first-ever competition—a great opportunity to learn how to compete in a fun, pressure-free setting. It was amazing to see so many young athletes step onto the mat, gain experience, and grow their confidence. We couldn’t have done it without the dedication of our coaches, volunteers, parents, and staff who worked tirelessly to make it all happen. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this tournament such a success—we can’t wait to do it all again next year!
